This Privacy Policy explains how Flexie ("Flexie," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you visit flexie.store, contact us, or use features that connect with third-party platforms such as Pinterest.

1. Information we collect

We may receive information that you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, and the contents of a message you send to us. Our hosting provider may also process basic technical information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as IP address, browser type, device type, requested pages, timestamps, and diagnostic logs.

2. Pinterest API and Pinterest data

If you use a Flexie feature that connects to Pinterest, we may receive information made available through the Pinterest API and permitted by your Pinterest authorization. Depending on the feature and permissions you approve, this may include your Pinterest account identifier, profile information, boards, Pins, and related metadata.

We use Pinterest data only to provide the feature you requested, such as displaying, organizing, analyzing, creating, or managing Flexie-related Pinterest content. We do not sell Pinterest data. We do not use Pinterest data for unrelated advertising or build independent profiles about you.

You can revoke Flexie's Pinterest access through your Pinterest account settings. You may also contact us to request deletion of Pinterest data associated with you. We delete or anonymize such data when it is no longer needed for the requested feature, when access is revoked, or when deletion is required by applicable law, subject to limited legal or security retention obligations.

3. How we use information

We use information to operate and secure the website, respond to questions and requests, provide requested integrations or services, troubleshoot technical issues, understand general website performance, comply with legal obligations, and protect our rights and users.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

Flexie does not currently use its own advertising cookies. Our hosting provider or third-party services you choose to visit may use necessary cookies or similar technologies under their own policies.

We may share information with service providers only as needed to operate the website and requested features. These may include Netlify for website hosting, Pinterest for Pinterest-connected features, and Etsy when you follow a link to our shop. We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including legal, accounting, dispute-resolution, and security needs. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Flexie creates products for families, but this website and any connected account features are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
